High school dropout tries to get out of paying $67K in student loans

"… Locklear's filed a lawsuit and it hinges on that lack of a high school diploma. In the complaint filed March 17, Locklear's attorney, Nancy L. Cavey, argues that his $67,375 of federal education loans (including interest as of the filing date) should be discharged under a provision in the Higher Education Act of 1965.
